In the future I think I would like to secure shelters and keep the dogs there until I can find foster parents. The site would be established in case children cooperate to breed as volunteers since early childhood with their parents, what's more veterinarians, trimmers, trainers can do. Basically, I won't grudge cooperation with taking care of every dog. I will do it with my whole heart. However it has no progress that repetition of abandoning and bringing. We never give animals to people who are nonqualified to keep them. We should give a considerable punishment to people who hurt animals excessively and terminate their life. We should give a punishment corresponding to a sin to people who hurt animals excessively and terminate their life. People who can sell and buy life need to severe qualification.
